Cancellation Policy: 

The cancellation policy is stated on the confirmed reservation and is non-changeable. Please review your confirmation itinerary for more details. Travel Insurance is always recommended, please see below. 


There are three ways for you to cancel your reservation A) please email thevillaonmttabor@gmail.com and include the reservation name and arrival date B) Cancel your reservation via your third-party booking company, see below and/or C) allow your reservation to be designated "No Show," which usually result in no refunds. Cancellations via the telephone are NOT accepted.


Cancellation Policy, third-party booking:

If you book a reservation and pay for it on a third-party website, they will have their own cancellation policy and your reservation must be cancelled through this company directly. The cancellation policy is stated on the confirmed reservation. Please review the confirmation itinerary for more details. Discount third party reservation prices can be deeply discounted from our published prices and are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable outside of the free cancellation period. 


No Show Policy:

The “No Show” designation is defined as any reservation holding guest or guests who fail to:

1) arrive on the date of check in. (Note: after midnight is a different date) or 

2) does not complete the check in process by: A) completing the check in form B) providing proper photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the reservation or C) does not sleep at the property on the night of check in without prior written approval via email.

Any guest designated as a “No Show” will be charged the total price of the reservation and applicable taxes must be retained and remitted. 


Travel Insurance:

We recommend all guests protect their travel investment with trip cancellation and travel insurance. Here are some popular companies that are not affiliated with our lodging establishment.

Please review all reservation itinerary and policies carefully prior to making a reservation.


Refunds & Cancellations:

Refunds are processed within 60 days from the date a valid cancellation email is received. A valid cancellation email must include the reservation name and arrival date. 


If a refund occurs after 60 days from the date of the initial charge, a check will be mailed to the address on file. Our credit card processor does not offer credit refunds past 60 days from the process date. There is a $79 fee to re-issue a check, which will include a tracking number. 


Right to refuse service:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason or no reason at all.


Multiple Cancellations:

Guests who cancel two reservation within a 30 day period are no longer able to create a valid reservation, either directly or via a third-party reservation provider.


House Rules: 

All guests are subject to the House Rules located inside every binder in every room and posted on this site.
